The UCLA Waystation Project, the Richard C. Rudolph East Asian Library, and the Center for Chinese Studies invite you to lecture by Professor Li Liu (Stanford University) on Friday, March 1 at 1:00 pm in the Young Research Library Presentation Room. The talk, titled Drinking and Dancing as Cultural Identity: Exploring the Origins and Dispersal of Proto Sino-Tibetan Populations, will incorporate linguistic, archaeological, and climactic data and may be on interests to specialists in a variety of fields.
